PANalytical X Pert HighScore Plus is a Windows application for X ray diffraction analysis. It is possible to utilize integrated search algorithms to produce reliable results. Please note that PANalytical X Pert HighScore Plus is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Main purpose

This utility contains instruments for analyzing X ray diffractions. Like in Elastix, you can combine peak and net profile data in a single step. Alternatively, it is possible to use only one set of values to enable more discriminative or less selective processing.

There is support for four classical indexing routines: Ito, Dicvol, Treor and McMaille. Users can insert zero offset or sample displacement into the unit cell refinement. The space group test is performed on either the full profile or on indexed peaks. Alternatively, an option to apply the Pawley fit to refine lattice parameters is provided.

Smart Batches

This module allows you to perform automated analysis operations that require decisions, loops and other non linear elements. This functionality is helpful for quickly processing large complex datasets.
