Keybr

Keybr is a Windows online service that provides a wide variety of educational materials for keyboard touch typing. You are able to train existing skills or acquire new abilities from scratch.

Practice

After opening the website users can immediately begin typing a string of random words on the screen to improve overall speed and accuracy. There are checkboxes for enabling capital letters and punctuation characters.

You are able to manually adjust the amount of time spent on lessons per day. Additionally, an option to insert a custom text for typing is included.

Test

Similar to KP Typing Tutor, there are instruments for evaluating the overall mastery level by typing a predefined amount of characters as fast as possible. Results are displayed in the main window after finishing the task.

Parameters

The platform lets users switch between dark and light modes. Tools for changing the default text size and maximizing the window to fullscreen are included as well.

It is possible to access the learning progress overview. There are detailed typing statistics and a key press frequency heatmap. This functionality allows you to identify areas for improvement.
