Sokkia Link transfers observations and project data between supported Sokkia surveying instruments and a PC. Device protocols, file formats and available processing features depend on the exact total station, level or GNSS product.
Current support route
Version 3.54 belongs to an old Sokkia generation. The current manufacturer download page lists newer Spectrum Link, Spectrum Survey Office and model-specific field applications; these packages are not universal replacements for every instrument.
Why the mirror is blocked
The iowin EXE has a clean scan, but its device entitlement, exact model support and vendor provenance are not proven. Use the official Sokkia/Topcon selector or the software supplied with the instrument.
