About HiView
HiView is HVSCAM software for viewing compatible USB and Wi-Fi digital microscopes. It provides live preview, snapshots, video recording and measurement tools when the camera and calibration data support them.
Current Windows release
The vendor download page lists HiView 2.2 for Windows and identifies supported S4, X4, W01, DM3/4/7/8/9 and MS1/2/3/4/5 families. HiViewSetup 1.4 on the same page is the macOS package, so the old Windows 1.4 metadata was misleading.
Source and file safety
The HVSCAM site currently serves its download index over HTTP because its HTTPS certificate chain is invalid. Do not enter credentials there and verify the camera model before selecting a file. The suspicious iowin 1.4 EXE remains blocked.
