CTR is a Windows program that allows you to increase the clock speed of the central processor to increase the performance of your computer. In contrast to ClockGen, this tool is designed to be used specifically with the Ryzen series CPU products, including Zen 2 and Zen 3.
Setup

CPU speed configuration
