UniKey is a Windows utility that can help you type in Vietnamese without the corresponding keyboard. It is possible to automatically transform clipboard contents and save them to a text file.
Brief description
With the help of this small program users can easily enter Vietnamese letters in any document or application. Modern Unicode and UTF-8 standards are fully supported along with several other obsolete encoding systems like ABC, VNI, VISCII, VPS, VIETWARE.
To type accented letters you can enter the main symbol followed by the square brackets or other special characters. Encoding tables for easier understanding are available. Additionally, this tool supports multiple alternative input methods. Detailed instruction manuals can be found on the official website.
Converter
This instrument is useful for quick text transcoding. Users can import the clipboard contents or open a TXT file. The next step is to adjust encoding parameters and specify the output directory. After conversion is done users are able to open the resulting file in IBM Lotus Symphony or another similar app for further editing.
