Super Decoder is a Windows utility that lets you edit and convert audio files. There is a library of sound effects such as fade in, fade out, reverb and echo. Moreover, tools for amplifying and normalizing the volume are included. It is worth noting that Super Decoder is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. You can download other apps with more robust audio editing capabilities like Power Sound Editor.

Editing process

After starting the program users are prompted to import audio files in the MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG, AAC or FLAC formats by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. The next step is to trim the track and rearrange specific parts. It is possible to apply various filters and improve the resulting quality by reducing the noise.

With the help of this application you can transform songs from one file format to another. There are flexible output parameters such as bitrate, channel configuration and frequency range. The default target directory is customizable as well.
