Sony Ericsson Media Studio is a Windows software that allows users to convert video files for playing them on a mobile phone from Sony Ericsson. It is possible to change the aspect ratio, crop the image and adjust quality settings.

Phone selection

After starting the program you are prompted to choose the correct device. Supported models include Sony Ericsson K600, K770, P800, P990, W600, Z520, etc. Output video parameters are adjusted automatically depending on the screen size and resolution of the target phone.

Conversion settings

Users can choose a video file or DVD disc for processing. It is possible to quickly perform the transformation with default settings and copy the resulting item to the phone via USB cable. Alternatively, users are able to configure advanced video parameters before converting.

Export

Converted files are automatically split into 512 Mb pieces by default. You are able to choose different chunk sizes. This functionality is helpful for copying large movies to the internal phone memory.
