Unit Manager Network

Unit Manager Network is a program for Windows that provides a user-friendly element management system. It was designed specifically to help you facilitate simple and remote deployment, configuration and provisioning of Mediatrix access devices and VOIP gateways.

Brief review

The application allows you to detect the state of each unit. It is also necessary to note that it is capable of automatically recognizing devices connected to the administrative domain. You are able to track all associated configuration options and control these parameters.

Moreover, you can display the firmware release of any Mediatrix unit, store their backup file and control the implementation of new software. If you want to simply make VOIP calls, you may use another utility called Zoiper.

Configuration

The dedicated configuration window allows you to modify the parameters that define how the UMN works. It contains four tabs, namely User/Password, Unit Selection, SNMP Preferences and Machine ID Key.

The first menu gives you the ability to set a minimum protection for your program where you can input the username and password. Please note the information entered here needs to be the same as the one submitted in the login window.

In the second tab you are able to select which type of units you want to be displayed, while the third enables you to define the SNMP preferences.
