TrinityCore

TrinityCore is a Windows software that helps World of Warcraft players configure custom gaming servers. The framework is highly scalable and can handle large populations via clustering or load balancing. There is support for caching, multithreading and other performance optimization techniques as well.

Game functions

You can create custom content like quests, items and NPCs. Instruments for configuring complex game mechanics such as spells and character abilities are included. Additionally, it is possible to import new 3D models and maps.

This development environment is written mostly in C++, with a flexible MySQL backend for internal databases. Users are able to manually customize all available features and design new TrinityCore plugins.

Server parameters

There are commands for adjusting various game master settings and chat preferences. Moreover, you can change the default mob spawn rate and create complex player interactions.
