TCPView

Using this software you can view the list of all active TCP and UDP network connections with detailed information about the local and remote IP addresses.

About TCPView

TCPView is a Windows program for managing and monitoring network connections. It is useful for troubleshooting various communication issues and identifying potentially malicious system processes.

Network monitoring

The application does not require installation. After starting the executable file users can view the list of all active TCP and UDP endpoints. There are buttons for filtering the content by protocol type. Additionally, it is possible to sort the list by process ID, state, local address, remote port, creation time, module name and other attributes.

Any IP address in the list can be resolved to get its domain name and other relevant information from the Whois service.

Troubleshooting

Like in Angry IP Scanner, you are able to identify individual processes that are using network resources. Tools for monitoring client activity are provided as well. These features are helpful for detecting problematic endpoints and locating malware in the system memory.

There is an option to selectively terminate established connections. Users can stop specific processes from communicating with remote servers over the network to prevent data leaks.
