SimpleSYN

SimpleSYN is a Windows program for synchronizing information from your personal Outlook account with multiple computers. It is possible to automatically copy new messages, contacts, calendars, tasks and notes to all target devices, ensuring seamless access to relevant data.

How it works

Users are instructed to install the application on both the client and server machines. After that it is necessary to link the PCs through the unique ID code. There is an option to set a custom password as well, preventing malicious actors from stealing confidential files.

The synchronization process is fully automated and runs in the background, copying new changes across devices as soon as they are made. This lets you always have access to the current Outlook content such as:

• Emails;
• Calendar events;
• Personal documents, etc.

Please note that the free trial version of SimpleSYN will expire 30 days after installation. Users can purchase the paid edition to remove these restrictions.

Advanced parameters

There are tools for switching between the host and client roles. Moreover, you are able to tweak the server name according to specific requirements. It is possible to select which Windows accounts will be synced as well.
