Real Estate Investing Software is a Windows utility that allows you to break down various costs associated with purchasing, renovating and selling real estate properties. It is designed in the form of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with multiple pages for calculating the profitability of a project.

How it works

The Dashboard section is intended for entering various information about the house. Users can specify the amount of beds and bathrooms, name of the realtor, offer date and price. Additionally, there is a loan calculator for quickly estimating the interest, monthly payments and principal sum.

You are able to view all stages of the project and mark completed tasks on the Checklist sheet. It contains important steps such as determining the type of financing, obtaining pre approval letters, recording the exterior and interior of the property and many other jobs.

Renovation costs

Like in HouseFlipping Spread sheet, there are tools for calculating the overall repair budget by entering prices for the design, permits, clearing, earthwork, carpentry, roofing and other tasks. Users can specify the amount of various materials required for the project. It is possible to monitor the completion progress of assigned jobs in the Schedule section.
