Network Probe

Network Probe is a Windows software for monitoring information about the external and local traffic. It is possible to view all hosts, addresses, protocols and connections. There are options for configuring alarms in case of unusual behavior from any network element.

Brief description

The main window contains detailed information about every active web connection such as the protocol name, port, description, the amount of transferred packets, hosts and conversations. Timestamps for the first and last detected activity are available.

The list can be sorted by incoming or outgoing traffic. There are instruments to reveal how many conversations any specific host had. This functionality is useful for preventing malicious attacks on the system.

Network summary

You can access the statistics dashboard with detailed graphs and diagrams. It is possible to view historical and real time bandwidth data. There is a list of top protocols and traffic peaks for analyzing past network throughput.

Search

Like Angry IP Scanner, this program allows users to locate all addresses connected to the local network. The results can be filtered by the amount of transferred data packets, protocol name and other attributes.
