JWildfire

JWildfire is a Windows tool for creating sophisticated visualizations of flame fractals. Resulting images emerge from iterating a set of mathematical functions, adding new details and vibrant colors with each transformation. It is worth noting that the latest version of Java Runtime Environment is required for the correct functioning of all features.

Fractal generation

A large selection of predefined function sets is included. Users are able to dynamically manipulate underlying equations and witness the fractal evolve in real time. Every small tweak unveils a new facet of the picture.

It is possible to manually adjust various flame parameters like diffusion, turbulence and lighting. This is helpful for crafting unique flame patterns. Additionally, it is possible to use provided color palettes as well as stack and blend multiple fractals together.

Animation instruments

You can export the project as a video clip or GIF file. Moreover, there is an option to integrate background music into the final movie, creating a truly immersive audiovisual experience.
