Hexonic ScanToPDF

Hexonic ScanToPDF is a Windows utility for digitizing paper documents and photos on the PC. It works with any TWAIN compatible scanner. Users are able to import multiple items in one session, quickly combining them into a single PDF package. There are flexible layout settings like the desired number of rows and columns as well as page margins.

Scan parameters

Similar to PaperScan, the application empowers you to choose between portrait and landscape content layouts before beginning the operation. Moreover, the output resolution and maximum file size are adjustable to match specific project requirements. Default margin dimensions are customizable as well.

Instruments for rotating obtained images are included, helping users manually fix small paper placement errors. Additionally, there is an option to remove unneeded pictures from the hard drive.

Editing and export

You can embed new images into resulting documents. This is especially advantageous when replacing low quality illustrations with their respective HD versions acquired from other sources. Supported input formats include:

• JPG;
• GIF;
• PNG;
• TIFF, etc.

Users are able to define the target directory for output files. The final document name can be tweaked before saving as well.
