As for ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and safeguarding data integrity, the tool provides inline encryption functionality. DDVE delivers the capabilities of a physical Data Domain system in a virtual machine template for VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.

The software is specifically engineered for work with existing backup, archiving, and enterprise programs. This makes it suitable for deployment in hybrid and multi cloud environments. It is necessary to mention that the solution was discontinued by the developers.
