AMX Mod X

AMX Mod X is a flexible Half-Life metamod program for computers running on Windows OS which is mainly aimed toward server administration. It also provides you with a wide range of scripting capabilities, so you can create files that extend functionality of existing modifications. These plugins take the form of administrative services, statistics generation, fun additions, gameplay changes, and more.

Main capabilities

The software distribution allows you to perform a variety of actions like catch game events, register commands, display MOTD and colored HUD messages. It is also possible to modify a lot of features related to players, such as toggle god mode, gravity, health, weapons, ammunition, etc. In addition, you can easily manage third-party plugins via a specific number of default administrative options.

Advanced functions

What is more, you are able to generate special effects with or without sound and set new gameplay rules like DeathMatch, Plant Anywhere, HE Arena. You also have the option to load and unload plugins in accordance with the type of map played. Furthermore, you can add and remove permanent or temporary admins, and give special access to specific players.
