Main functionality

With the help of this program users can sort and organize personal paper files and documents in a neat and professional way. It is possible to create labels for hanging folders and index tabs. There is an option to print multiple identical items on a single page.

It is worth mentioning that Smead Viewables is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. You can download another application with similar capabilities like Label Factory Deluxe.

Design tools

Users are able to configure the format and size of the label. The included library of custom icons and pictures is helpful for personalizing the visual appearance of the template. Instruments for color coding the labels to ensure the consistency of the organizational system are provided.

You can preview the project before saving the image to the hard drive. There are tools for printing labels on any common printer as well. The page orientation and size are adjustable.
