Lotus SmartSuite is a program package for Windows that includes the 1-2-3 spreadsheet, Word Pro processor, Freelance Graphics, Approach database and Organizer. In addition, the software distribution comes with a common toolbar for launching utilities and selecting predefined macros.

General notes

The application suite features a uniform graphical interface with a distinct style. It differs from the appearance of other solutions in terms of its design and reliance on non-modal elements. You can control the operation using the main menu, various context menus invoked by pressing the right mouse button, the InfoBox properties and icon bars.

It is necessary to note that the product was developed for older Windows versions. Thus, it is no longer supported and maintained by the development team. However, you may try newer alternatives such as OfficeSuite or StarOffice.

Self-adjustable interface

What is more, the utility automatically presents each available function depending on the type of the current object. For example, while the cursor is over a table, you are provided with corresponding instruments for graphical design, inserting or deleting rows and more. As soon as you move your mouse to a text block, the interface will automatically rebuild and give you access to various graphical tools to adjust its style, position, shape, transparency and size.
