EZCAD

EZCAD is a Windows program for creating unique laser engraving patterns. There is an integrated vector based graphics editor. Users can import files from CorelDRAW and other similar applications.

Compatible hardware

Using this software you are able to prepare templates for fiber, CO2, UV and green lasers. There is support for engraving machines from all popular manufacturers.

It is important to note that the free demo version of EZCAD does not allow users to save custom projects or send finished designs to the device. A paid license is necessary to remove these restrictions.

Drawing tools

You can insert various geometrical shapes such as curves, circles, rectangles, ellipses and polygons into the workspace. Additionally, it is possible to add text blocks and import bitmap images.

Tools for distorting, resizing and cropping individual elements to better fit the project are provided. Users are able to insert custom flags for rotating, turning and pausing the laser head during the etching.

There are buttons for zooming in and out of the workspace as well as for grouping separate components together. Moreover, you can manually adjust multiple advanced laser parameters.
