3CX is a Windows web application for making audio calls and organizing conferences with multiple participants. Users can enjoy high sound and video quality with automatic encryption and noise cancellation. It is possible to transfer, hold, mute and record individual calls.

Getting started

After registering on the official website the account will receive a personal phone extension. It can be used by other people for contacting you from mobile devices or landline phones.

The Contacts tab contains a list of names, phone numbers, email addresses and other personal information about other people. Users can add new entries and modify existing records.

It is possible to integrate 3CX with Outlook, Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce and other third party apps to streamline the workflow.

Communication options

You are able to exchange instant text messages with other accounts. Moreover, tools for making video and audio calls as well as for managing conferences and sharing the screen are included.

Users can leave voicemails in case the recipient is not answering. Additionally, there are instruments for viewing and erasing call history.
