NetStumbler is a Windows app for locating all WiFi networks in the area. Users are able to detect unauthorized access points. Additionally, there are instruments for improving the wireless connection quality by identifying zones with low signal strength.

Network search

With the help of this software you can find all wireless devices available for connection, regardless of whether they are hidden or not. Like in WiFi Analyzer, detailed information about each network, including the SSID, MAC address, signal strength and security type is provided.

Users are able to troubleshoot various problems with WiFi routers such as slow connection speeds or interference. Moreover, it is possible to detect unknown access points and prevent them from spying.

There is an option to map the location of every wireless network. This functionality is helpful for locating new devices or resolving technical issues with existing hardware.

Data export

You can save information about all detected WiFi networks to several common formats. Tools for creating CSV spreadsheets and XML documents are included. Resulting files can be further edited and analyzed in Microsoft Excel or another similar application.
