Kofax Power PDF is a Windows tool that allows you to work with various PDF documents. It is possible to encrypt sensitive information with a personal password and configure access permissions.

Editing instruments

After starting the utility users can create a blank project or open an existing file. Alternatively, there are tools for converting DOCX, XLSX and other common office documents to the PDF format.

You are able to insert JPEG, BMP and GIF images in the file. Moreover, downloaded HTML web pages may be imported as well. You can select separate objects and text blocks in the document. There are buttons for rotating, resizing and distorting elements to better fit them into the page layout.

Additional functionality

Like in Foxit PDF Editor, it is possible to highlight certain document parts and leave personal comments. A spell checking feature is available. New dictionaries can be added to support different languages.

Batch file conversion instruments are provided. Users are able to choose multiple files and select the output format. Additional quality settings are included.

It is important to note that Kofax Power PDF is distributed on a commercial basis. There is a free trial version that works for 15 days after installation.
