ImageQuantT is a Windows program that offers scientific researchers instruments for quantitative analysis and visualization of sample photos. It is possible to compare several experiments side by side, streamlining the workflow. Please note that ImageQuantT is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Similar to relion, specific regions on the acquired photos can be isolated with integrated cropping and selection tools. This functionality helps users focus on a required section.

You can accurately identify and quantify bands within Western blots or gels using complex algorithms. Moreover, there is an option to eliminate unwanted background signals for improved data accuracy.

Normalization techniques based on total protein, lane intensity and housekeeping genes are provided. Users are able to reliably compare different datasets.
