iCare Data Recovery is a Windows application for restoring deleted files from any storage device. HDDs, USB drives and SSDs from all manufacturers are supported.

Scan parameters

This program offers users two options for analyzing the storage device: quickly recovering deleted files and deep scanning to find missing or corrupted packages. The second method takes much more time but may help restore data from damaged hardware.

Recovery process

You can select the source location from the list of all connected storage devices. There is information about the capacity, partition name and factory label for every drive. After the scan is complete you are able to view the directory tree and search through all found files.

Similar to Handy Recovery, it is possible to preview the contents of any item before restoring it. A button for selecting all files is available. Users can click Recover to specify the target folder and begin restoring erased data.

If a simple scan did not help you find the necessary files, there is an option to perform deep analysis. In this mode all partition tables, boot records and other drive elements are scanned for locating traces of corrupted items.
