Xin Invoice is a Windows software for generating professional invoices, quotations, credit notes and other types of business documents. There is a large collection of page templates. It is important to mention that Xin Invoice is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. You can download another program with similar capabilities such as ProVenture Invoices.

Document creation

After starting the app users are prompted to generate a blank document or choose one of the integrated templates. There are instruments for automatically calculating taxes, discounts, shipping charges and other financial details. Users can convert resulting documents to the PDF file format and send them to customers via email.

Management

This section allows you to organize all documents and track their status. The list can be sorted by customer name, timestamp and other attributes. Additionally, tools for editing, deleting and exporting individual entries are provided.

Users can generate detailed reports that include information about sales, taxes, inventory and customers. This functionality is helpful for analyzing past business performance and planning future development.
