WinTask Lite is a Windows utility for automating various operations such as launching software, opening files, sending emails, etc. There are tools for creating complex macros for different environments. Please note that the free demo version of WinTask Lite will stop functioning 30 days after installation.

Automation

After starting the application you can create a new script by selecting specific tasks from the list on the right side of the main window. A large selection of common capture, clipboard, date management, flow control, synchronization and string functions is available. Double clicking any item opens its detailed description.

Like in Quick Macros, users are able to record macros with multiple different actions. This feature is designed to save time and effort while performing repetitive tasks. Additionally, it is possible to eliminate human errors during data entry by automating such operations.

Scheduling

Instruments for planning regular script executions at predefined intervals are included. You can specify triggers for running individual tasks as well. For example, a custom macro command may be launched when WinTask Lite detects the deletion or modification of a certain file.
