WHDownloader is a Windows utility that empowers you to obtain security patches, drivers and other system updates from Microsoft servers. There is support for various OS and Office editions, ensuring full compatibility with both legacy and modern products up to Windows 11.

Update management

The application lets users choose the target operating system or productivity suite from the drop down menu at the top of the main interface. All available patches will be displayed as a list with detailed information such as:

Name;
Type;
Size;
Release date;
Category.

There are checkboxes for selecting multiple required items. This is especially advantageous when acquiring large amounts of updates at the same time. The default output directory can be customized to suit personal preferences as well.
