Warband Cinematic Compilation is a Windows utility for integrating several mods into Mount and Blade Warband. There are darker and grittier textures for the environment, weapons, armor and character models. New sound effects for combat and horses are available as well.

Installation

Users are instructed to unpack the downloaded archive to the Modules subfolder in the main game directory. Additionally, it is necessary to manually edit the module.ini configuration file. Detailed directions can be found in the included documentation.

The modpack is fully compatible with the native version of the game as well as with other extensions that do not alter the graphics or sounds. You can play in both the single and multiplayer modes.

Other modifications for Mount and Blade Warband such as Gekokujo are available for download.

New content

Updated textures make the environment look like a historical movie, with more contrast and less saturation. All images are more detailed compared to the original, improving the overall quality of the graphics.

There are new audio effects. Users can enjoy more realistic and dynamic sounds of clashing swords, flying arrows and galloping horses. The background music with epic orchestral tracks and folk tunes is fitting for the medieval setting.
