Visual Components is a Windows program oriented toward industrial engineers and designers. It lets you test and optimize custom factory layouts to identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Please note that Visual Components is distributed on a commercial basis. There is no free trial version.

Layout planning

The application contains a vast repository of over 3000 predefined components, including robots, machines, conveyors and other industrial equipment from leading brands. Users can place individual elements into the workspace and connect them together. Like in FactoryTalk View Studio, it is possible to optimize space utilization and material flow to enhance production efficiency.

Simulation

You are able to evaluate various manufacturing operations, analyze time cycles and redistribute resources to better fit specific project requirements. There are tools for simulating the production process and automatically detecting bottlenecks to identify areas for improvement.

Offline programming

Users can generate complex robot action sequences to ensure accurate and optimized movements. An option to test resulting scripts locally without disrupting the production flow is provided as well.
