Tabletop RPG Map Editor 2 is a Windows application for designing TTRPG maps. You can generate beautiful landscapes by combining built in graphics with imported custom images. A collection of premade project templates is provided. Other tabletop RPG related tools like PCGen are available for download as well.

Terrain creation

After starting the software users are able to select the desired visual preset like Full Metal, Golden, Grayscale or Old Parchment. There are flexible color scheme parameters for specific types of objects. Moreover, it is possible to place various assets from the library directly onto the map, including:

Walls;
Furniture items;
Doors;
Fences and more.

There is an option to quickly generate forests, mountains, deserts and other landscape elements. You can create lakes, rivers and seashore lines as well.

Export

The utility lets users save resulting maps in several resolutions suitable for printing or digital publication. Versions with or without the grid are available, catering to different playstyles. Additionally, output files are fully compatible with external platforms such as Roll20, Foundry and Fantasy Grounds.
