SnmpB is a Windows utility for controlling remote machines via the Simple Network Management Protocol. You can send multiple SNMP requests simultaneously, enhancing operational efficiency. Moreover, there are instruments for loading, viewing and analyzing MIB files.

Device monitoring

Like in Essential Nettool, users are able to establish a new connection by entering the target agent IP address and port. The timeout period and number of retries are customizable to match the desired network parameters. Supported SNMP versions include:

It is possible to scan the local environment to automatically detect all active computers in the local subnet. This functionality is particularly advantageous when configuring large corporate networks.

Analysis

You can generate comprehensive graphs based on individual MIB objects. The color and width of each line are adjustable to enhance readability and suit specific project requirements. Additionally, tools for accessing trap logs with precise timestamps and detailed agent properties are provided. Obtained information might be exported to a separate file, simplifying further processing.
