Smart Moving is a Windows application for integrating new movement actions into the Minecraft gameplay process. Users are able to perform side and back jumps.

Installation process

This mod can be set up manually by copying the downloaded archive into the corresponding subfolder in the main Minecraft location. Alternatively, it is possible to integrate the add-on automatically via the CurseForge program or a third-party launcher like Feed the Beast. The latter method allows you to disable individual plugins for troubleshooting in case of glitches or other technical errors.

New movements

After installing the modification users can move up and down the ladders with different speeds depending on neighboring blocks. Moreover, jumping up and back while climbing is possible.

You are able to move along ceilings and up the vines. New swimming, diving and flying mechanics are provided. There are alternative animations for flying and falling.

Users can crawl, side jump and sprint faster than normal. All new actions require specific amounts of energy. The reserve is filled up automatically when the character is idling.
