Serum is a Windows VST plugin that works with Cakewalk Dimension Pro, Cubase, Bitwig Studio and many other digital audio workstation platforms. There are instruments for emulating various sounds and morphing between multiple waveforms to create complex compositions.

Audio synthesis

You can import, edit and manipulate individual wavetables, which is important for professional musicians. Moreover, the application provides fine control over separate harmonics.

Modulation options

Two digital oscillators are embedded into the main dashboard, each one capable of handling wavetables with up to 256 frames. They are equipped with several warp modes like Bend, FM and AM. A noise oscillator is included as well, enabling you to add richness and depth to the project. Furthermore, three custom modular envelopes can be assigned to nearly any parameter.
