PSXMemTool is a special program for Windows designed to help you quickly convert save files for the PlayStation gaming console. What is more, it is possible to perform batch operations. This is a convenient solution if you want to prepare multiple items for local storage, in a fast and efficient manner.

Main functions

The application gives you the possibility to modify, copy or transfer game saves for Sony PS titles by accessing from within the main window and converting encrypted data. It is necessary to point out that the tool automatically identifies the changes committed to the memory card content. Thus, you are able to monitor the condition of your physical storage devices.

Compatibility notes

Please be aware that the project is no longer supported by the development team. Since it was created to be used with an older generation of gaming consoles, its purpose has been superseded by advanced emulator utilities.

For example, ePSXe and PSX Emulator allow you to specify the default hard drive locations for state saves, memory cards, CD images, and screenshots. If you want to work with the Sony PlayStation 3 data, you may use another program called PS3 Save Resigner.
