Organization

The software solution allows you to efficiently organize your projects by grouping them into customer folders. You have the flexibility to make subfolders further streamline management. The Find Customer feature lets you quickly locate specific customer folders.

With this utility, you can easily track project status costs, and billing details. The advanced reporting options enable you to generate documents based on customer, employee, or month data. It is possible to automatically record the time spent on each job and the number of prints produced.

Design

The Stationery Wizard helps you to create and customize cards, envelopes, etc., for editing and printing. You can specify different parameters such as the type of stationery, precise dimensions, fold location, margins, placement of ribbon holes.

It is worth noting that you have the option to integrate graphics into your stationery designs. You may embed the image directly within the main text area or float it above or below it. Similar to Photoshop, there is support for a variety of graphic file types, including JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, BMP, and PDF.
