Polycom BToE Connector is a program for Windows that allows you to integrate your Polycom VVX phone with a computer, particularly with apps like Lync or Skype. You can place, answer, and hold both audio and video calls. Please note that the product is currently not supported.

Device pairing

Upon initial launch of the utility, it automatically initiates each time you start your computer. If you do not prefer this approach, you can disable this feature. Alternatively, you may use a dedicated tool called Msconfig.

One of the main advantages of this software is the ability to quickly set up a link between the device and the PC. There is an option to configure your phone for automatic pairing with your computer via Ethernet connection. It is also possible to perform this procedure in manual mode.

Functionality

When your phone is successfully paired with your computer, you can access the Web Configuration Utility from within the application. The aforementioned instrument empowers you to update or modify user features associated with your device.

The program enables seamless communication through your Skype for Business. You can control audio and video calls from your phone or computer. In order to sign in to the client, you have to enter your credentials.
