PFS Professional File is a Windows application for working with complex databases. There is full support for macros. Users can import information from standard Lotus SmartSuite spreadsheets.

Installation

Please note that PFS Professional File is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. It is intended for MS-DOS. However, you can launch it in a modern Windows operating system with the help of various emulation utilities such as DOSBox.

Database parameters

There are instruments for designing custom spreadsheets. Users are able to add alphanumeric values to every cell and immediately configure internal data connections. Additionally, it is possible to import information from external files into the current table.

The included search module allows you to quickly find specific text strings in a large database. An option for copying selected values to the system clipboard is provided as well.

Users can automatically generate reports with detailed information about the opened database like the amount of cells, rows and lines as well as overall file size.
