Microplate Manager is a program for Windows that enables you to unlock the full capabilities of microplate readers manufactured by Bio-Rad. With its help, you can perform colorimetric and turbidimetric analyses, along with comprehensive reporting covering raw data, absorbance, limit, matrix, normalization, etc.

The software broadens your spectrum of data analysis possibilities by incorporating kinetics and screening features. It also introduces the capability for flexible template creation. You can make presets for any microplate format up to one thousand five hundred and thirty six wells.
You have the option to collect, analyze, and output data from Ultramark, Model 550, and Benchmark microplate readers. The solution runs on Windows 95, 98, and NT, computers connected to the device. To retrieve data from Thermo Fisher Scientific microplate readers, you may try an app like SkanIt.
Microplate readings
After launching the program, you can select the type of reading you want to perform and define the layout of your microplate. The next step is to capture the data using the device. Finally, you may display your reports and print or export the information.
There are two kinds of files the utility relies on. Protocol items contain the settings for reading a microplate. Data files include the information from the reading and any formatting associated with that data.
