Magnus Choir VSTi is a Windows utility that lets you add choirs to audio tracks. There is a large collection of pre-made sound samples and voice textures in multiple dynamics. The ADSR envelope generator contains tools for composing new sounds with unique audio characteristics.

Installation

Users are instructed to copy the provided DLL file to the default VST plugin directory. Supported audio editing programs include ABSYNTH, Nuendo, Adobe Audition and many other professional applications.

Choir creation

It is possible to compose audio tracks with four voices, which can be expanded to six with the Extra Voice mode. Individual output tones have independent volume, pan and pitch controls. There is a reverb module with customizable attributes such as room size, damping, stereo width and cut-off level. The embedded low frequency oscillator lets you manually tune the resulting choir track.

This software comes with 54 preset sound modes like Ambient Voices, Cinematic, Reso Pads, Choral Ensemble, Soundscapes and Atmos. Users can apply a state variable filter and configure several resonance parameters.
