Kortext is a Windows software that helps educators and students access their personal digital textbook collections. There are instruments for highlighting key passages and leaving personal annotations. Additionally, an option to automatically generate flashcards for enhanced learning is provided.

Textbook library

Users are able to open the official online store to buy new educational content. Moreover, it is possible to manually import textbooks from the hard drive. Supported formats include ACSM, EPUB and PDF. Detailed information about all personal files such as ISBN, release year, publisher, size and last access date is available.

Learning options

You can integrate Kortext with OneNote to streamline the note taking process. There are tools for quickly locating specific terms within a textbook as well.

The visual appearance of the reading interface is customizable. Users are able to adjust the font size and change the background color, tailoring the page to their preferences.

This program allows you to look up the definitions of unknown words in the built in dictionary. Instruments for translating text to and from a variety of common languages are included as well.
