ISM Publisher is a Windows utility that allows you to manage text articles, images, videos and audio tracks. There are tools for combining separate multimedia elements into websites, digital books and magazines. Resulting pages can be quickly published online or sent to the printer.

Content creation

The program provides a rich text editor. Additionally, there is a media library for managing imported videos, photos and songs. Users are able to split and merge individual files according to project requirements.

It is worth mentioning that ISM Publisher is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. There are other applications with similar capabilities such as Microsoft Publisher.

Publishing

You can upload resulting pages to a remote server for sharing with other people. Instruments for generating digital books and magazines are provided as well. Alternatively, it is possible to prepare the files for printing. Supported output formats include JPG, PNG, PDF and BMP. The resulting quality and resolution are customizable.
