IconPackager is a Windows application for editing standard folder and file icons. There is a large library of alternative designs to choose from. Similar to This PC Tweaker, users can customize icons for hard drives and Control Panel items.

Overview

With the help of this program you are able to personalize the Windows interface by changing default icons. Several collections are included. Moreover, it is possible to download and import additional icon sets from the internet. Some packages can be customized further by adjusting the color scheme. Default design options are easily restorable.

Configuration

All icons are grouped by type. The following categories are available:

desktop;
file;
start;
folder;
drive;
and Control Panel.

Users can change icons for certain groups and leave default options for others. Automatic upscaling of small images to the modern 256×256 icon format is available. The default content directory is customizable. There is an option to delete duplicate items from the database to save disk space.
