HTC Droid DNA is a Windows program for interacting with legacy smartphones from HTC. It allows you to configure a wide range of internal device properties for troubleshooting purposes.

Available options

After connecting the smartphone to the computer via USB cable users can run the software to access the main menu. There are tools for replacing the default boot animation and splashscreen. Moreover, it is possible to integrate custom radio network drivers into the mobile device memory.

You are able to remotely install Android apps as well as transfer data between the desktop and the smartphone. Additionally, instruments for taking screenshots and recording mobile activity to a video file are included.

Please note that HTC Droid DNA is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. There are other solutions with similar functionality like Windroid.

Troubleshooting

Users can view and analyze detailed operational logs captured from the device. This information may provide valuable insights for debugging and performance optimization.

The application lets you backup pictures, video clips, documents, text messages, constants, call history and other personal data stored on HTC Droid DNA to the hard drive. Resulting archives can be quickly restored in case of hardware failure or other issues.
