Managing the network
This Windows software is suitable for internet cafes, libraries, hotels, schools and other places with public computers. Administrators have some settings to improve the overall security. However, it is better to use an antivirus program like Panda Cloud Antivirus to provide additional stability.
There is an option to manage and close applications installed on any computer on the network.
How it works
Installation file of HandyCafe consists of two components, a server and a client.
The client app locks many Windows functions like task manager, command line, etc. This helps to protect the network from attacks and viruses. There is also an on-screen timer for monitoring the session length.
Server utility lets you generate timer reports, wake up, reboot or shutdown remote computers. It is also possible to implement different pricing schemes for hourly or daily payments.
Server part of the software is unfortunately not functioning on Windows 8 or newer.
