GOautodial is a Windows utility that helps users organize a call center. It is possible to manage individual operators, view overall statistics and create custom promotional campaigns. Please note that GOautodial is a paid service. There are multiple subscription plans for different use cases.

Setup

After downloading the ISO disk image you are instructed to burn it to an optical media with the help of Nero or another similar application. The next step is to boot from the newly created CD and follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.

Description

The platform is based on a customized CentOS distributive. There is an integrated management dashboard that allows users to organize the workflow and monitor operators in real time. Instruments for recording individual calls are provided as well.

You can configure flexible predictive dialing settings to speed up the work. Additionally, it is possible to automatically distribute incoming calls based on a set of predefined parameters.

There are tools for creating promotional campaigns and tracking their effectiveness over time. This functionality is helpful for analyzing previous activity and planning the workflow.
