This utility lets you process information acquired from the FLIR thermal imaging equipment. It is possible to create and visualize detailed operational reports.
FLIR Reporter is a Windows app for importing and analyzing thermal data from FLIR cameras. There is support for both infrared and normal images. Users can adjust the brightness and contrast as well as superimpose pictures onto each other. It is important to note that FLIR Reporter is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. It cannot be installed in a modern operating system.
After starting the software you are prompted to connect the FLIR camera and import images to the hard drive. Instruments for viewing detailed infrared histograms are provided.
Users can create custom report templates. There is a Microsoft Word plugin for data processing and analysis. It is possible to manually adjust the maximum temperature point and delta T values. Text fields for specifying the location and equipment type are included as well.
Tools for stitching several photos together to make a single panoramic image are available. You can add detailed descriptions and attach voice annotations to the resulting pictures. Metadata information about the camera model, filter settings and lens parameters is accessible.
