Flash Catalyst is a Windows graphics editor for working with Flash graphics. You are able to build interface mockups and prototypes without coding. There are tools for adding custom animations and transitions to the page layout. Please note that Adobe Flash Catalyst is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.
