ezPayCheck is a Windows program that empowers users to simplify business management. It is possible to maintain accurate employee records, distribute wages via checks and calculate the amount of taxes owed to the government. Please note that included documents and forms are intended exclusively for companies located in the United States.

Business parameters

After starting the software you can add a new organization by filling all relevant input fields. It is easy to provide the following types of data:

Company name;
Street address;
Contact information. etc.

The payroll period is customizable to meet specific requirements. Users are able to compensate workers daily, weekly or monthly. Moreover, there is an option to specify the official tax ID. This is advantageous for generating accurate government forms.

Employee management

Like in BUSY Accounting Software, new people may be added to the payroll list manually through a simple wizard tool. You are instructed to enter various personal information such as the first and last name, social security number and residence address. Additionally, instruments to tweak the current employee status are provided.
